All registration this year is online using google forms. 

Groups of 25 or larger can use the excel spreadsheet if they choose.

You are also able to register for the Spelling Bee, Steering Committee

Members, and Program Book Ads.

  

Please remember Registration is not complete until we have

received the following:

1.     Payment in Full

2.     Completed Online registration. 

3.     Conference Hotel Room Assignment Form

4.     Group Remittance Form

Payment

Registration and payment must be received by March 8, 2024. Therefore, these need to be mailed early enough to be postmarked by March 1st to arrive on time. Any registrations or payments received after March 8th will have a $50.00 late fee per registrant. We accept church checks, cashier's checks, money order, and PayPal as forms of payment.

Counselor's Meeting

It is very important for at least one representative from each congregation to attend the counselor's meeting (date and time TBD) to review the conference rules and logistics. Conference rules should also be reviewed with each attendee before arrival.

A Few Things To Keep In Mind

• All youth must always be under the supervision of a counselor or parent: 1 male counselor to 3 male youth; 1 female counselor to 3 female youth.

• Attendees Kindergarten and older must pay full registration.

• Weekend Pass is reserved for local congregations only.

• Registration must be completed for bus drivers if the driver will reside at the hotel.

• Once you complete your online registration send an email to 45tnsyc@gmail.com with your church name that you have completed your registration.

• All ads need to be in JPG or PDF format & can be loaded when registering online or emailed to 45tnsyc@gmail.com
